So to say the least this weekend was hard to stay focused. My issue is not working out but eating perfectly...which did not happen this weekend due to the holiday. But I recognize this and restart today as a new day. I don't sink in to bad habits long. So yesterday I went to the grocery store and refocused and planned. Remember no one is perfect, it is about keeping things into perspective. :)
Getting up early to workout can be hard but it needs to be done sometimes if you have something planned for the evening and can't fit your workout in later....after I get my butt out of bed and get into my workout, I already start feeling great. Great start to the day.
:) Remember to try to plan ahead :) That is KEY! HAPPY FRIDAY!For my workout last night-02.10.2015- I added the 10 min abs fix to make up for missing Monday's workout. Remember just adding even an extra 10 mins can show great results. Remember it takes consistency to see results so be patient! If you want to loose the weight right you need to take your time and make different choices. This doesn't mean you can never take days off or have your favorite dessert, just keep everything in moderation. I recognize I have more focus during the week so I focus on sticking to everything during the week. Now on the weekends I might deviate a little but keep it in moderation :)
Alright soooo....yesterday was a very tiring and busy day at work. I came home....exhausted to say the least. My plan was to eat, relax for a little, then workout. Well I fell asleep early and did not get my workout in. I want people to remember that life sometimes gets in the way from fitting everything we want. BUT THAT IS OK!!! You wake up, start the new day off like a NEW day! If you sit and focus on the fact that you didn't get a workout in when you wanted to you are focusing on the past. So today I woke up planned our meals for the day and will be doing my Monday workout this evening :). We are not perfect, no one is. Just keep motivated and start the new day off right :)

The hubs and I did our Yoga Fix which I thought was great and he did as well. Usually I am not a huge yoga fan but I loved it and really helped stretch all our muscles. Today we will be recording some of our workout and posting it shortly....so stay tuned :).
Sorry a little late on the entry but this weekend we did do all of our wonderful workouts as well as play and walk our wonderful poochie. This was a very active weekend and we are feeling great. Adding in just 30 mins a day. Think about it anyone can fit in 30 mins of exercise which over time makes a HUGE difference :).
