For my workout last night-02.10.2015- I added the 10 min abs fix to make up for missing Monday's workout. Remember just adding even an extra 10 mins can show great results. Remember it takes consistency to see results so be patient! If you want to loose the weight right you need to take your time and make different choices. This doesn't mean you can never take days off or have your favorite dessert, just keep everything in moderation. I recognize I have more focus during the week so I focus on sticking to everything during the week. Now on the weekends I might deviate a little but keep it in moderation :)
