Ohhhh mmmmm geeeee.....I thought the Pylo Fix Extreme was hardd....well I just finished the Pilates Fix Extreme and I never knew you could do so many things with a band.....and it is going to hurt so good tomorrow :) (legs were still sore today from Sat workout....) This is DEFFFF an EXTREME workout program and I LOVE it!!

Alrightyyyy I am super stoked to finally start my 21 day fix extreme. I did wait a little bit because I had my parents in town and wanted to ensure I was prepped and ready to go and had the time to put in. That doesn't mean I went crazy unhealthy when they were here, I made smart decisions while having fun and exercised a lot with my momma :). You can have a life and still be in shape :) no one is perfect, I want people to remember that :)

Sometimes it is hard to focus on your health, me personally I always need a set plan to go by! I am human though and things do come up sometimes, but I always just jump right back into the program. I am saying this because sometimes people shy away from a workout program but this is focused on changing your lifestyle and knowing how to make good choices. Being able to have what you love but learning how to portion them correctly. I have always been into health and fitness but life was getting in the way and I know a lot of you can relate to that. There is always 100 things to do and it was hard to fit in my workouts but with this program it is so much easier and fits great in my lifestyle. My issue is not working out but eating perfectly...which did not happen this weekend due to the holiday. But I recognize this and restart today as a new day. I don't sink in to bad habits long. So yesterday I went to the grocery store and refocused and planned. Remember no one is perfect, it is about keeping things into perspective. :)
Getting up early to workout can be hard but it needs to be done sometimes if you have something planned for the evening and can't fit your workout in later....after I get my butt out of bed and get into my workout, I already start feeling great. Great start to the day.
