Alright soooo....yesterday was a very tiring and busy day at work. I came home....exhausted to say the least. My plan was to eat, relax for a little, then workout. Well I fell asleep early and did not get my workout in. I want people to remember that life sometimes gets in the way from fitting everything we want. BUT THAT IS OK!!! You wake up, start the new day off like a NEW day! If you sit and focus on the fact that you didn't get a workout in when you wanted to you are focusing on the past. So today I woke up planned our meals for the day and will be doing my Monday workout this evening :). We are not perfect, no one is. Just keep motivated and start the new day off right :)
