Last night was LEG DAY and wow did my legs burn and I definitely had a lot of sweat going on. It felt great after though. I do like my legs but really want to focus on toning my whole body. This is definitely going to help with that. Tonight is Pilates Fix....I am a little nervous because I am not really into Pilates/Yoga so we will see how I do. Update will be posted tomorrow about how it is :) HAPPY FRIDAY!
As for our workout yesterday the hubs and I did upper body...and we loved it. We used mostly bands instead of actual weights which is a good affordable substitute because I had to go purchase them....I saved about 20 bucks getting the bands. I love how the workouts are only 30 mins....and I feel GREAT today :)...It is going to be a fab day!!!!
So since the Hubs and I workout in the evening (mostly) my posts will be in the morning the following day about the workouts. We did the cardio fix because we don't have the appropriate weights yet, which I am getting today. These are super challenging but motivating. I do like how it is 30 minutes because it is hard to find time to fit my workouts in as it is. I really liked this workout and the bonus round was great (even though hard at the time). I am excited for tonight!
So I just recently was married in November. To prep for the wedding I dieted and worked out as much as I could. I also signed up for a half marathon in December which I thought I performed pretty well in. Now I am looking to refocus and start to really start sculpting my body. It is hard because after I get home from work I really like to relax and watch Entourage or Shameless or another amazing show. But I am determined to get out of this funk and focus. Having the help with a challenge group and a set plan is going to help me reach my goals :), I just know it.
