Yummilllllyyy!!!! Tonight's dinner another hit in this household peanut crusted grilled chicken with a homemade peanut sauce, baked sweet potato cakes, and salad with balsamic vinegar!!! Sooo good!!!
Yep another successful dinner! And the hubs even approved (which he usually does but he especially liked this one) it is spaghetti with a twist Shrimp Spaghetti!!! Mmm and edamame!!! Win and win#21dayfix
Harris Teets had Shrimpiess on sale so I got some of those and then you can find all natural pasta sauce and I usually add my own spices (dried basil, oregano, etc) and add all natural canned toms. The noodles are just whole wheat noodles. I sauteed the shrimp first then made the sauce and added the shrimpies to the sauce. And there you have it :) Easy peasyyyyy. The edamame was from a steamed bag :) Happy Tuesday!
So I have been getting questions about 1. 21 day fix 2. Shakeology and more. So I wanted to provide a little information. As a lot of peeps know I have an undergrad in nutrition and have always been really into eating healthy and exercising. But sometimes it is a challenge. I personally do a whole of a lot better on a program and having accountability. I also love all natural and like doing this the healthy way. So I had a opportunity to make a little bit of money (which I need!!) and help others while also helping myself. So I thought to myself that is a win, win for me. I looked into becoming a beachbody coach because I remember in college I did P90X and had great results and it was affordable to be able to do this. I found a way to budget to be able to 1. get the shakeology (which is totally worth it) and 2. become a coach to help myself and others Life is hard and I know mostly everyone is on a very tight budget and just barely getting by. I have been doing this program for about 2 months now and LOVE IT! I am seeing and feeling my results and inspiring others daily. I do challenge FB groups which help keep you accountable and motivated (which are included when you get a program :)) Sooooo.....if you would like to learn more about a program (with me as your coach) or how you could earn money while helping yourself (remember you do not have to be at your goal to help and motivate others) and others please message me or email me at [email protected]. Even if you just want information let me know, I can also teach you my tricks and trades to be able to afford being healthy. I just really love helping others and want everyone to be healthy and feel great, it is a true passion of mine :) I hope everyone has a wonderful day! Wanted to share what I made for dinner tonight! It's is a turkey burger filled with veggies, an egg on top, some onions and cucs, a little cheese. The sauce is some yogurt, mustard, dill, and a tad of honey!!!! Sooooooo good!!!!!!!!!! (2 red, 1.5 green, 1 blue, 2 yellow)
Meal I made the other day and it was amazing :)
I cut the recipe in half :) Ingredients 2 heads of garlic, peeled 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and freshly ground pepper 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1 14.5-oz. can stewed tomatoes 1 tbsp fresh oregano 4 leaves fresh sage 1/4 cup chicken broth Instructions Place the garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Generously season the chicken with salt and pepper and place on top of the garlic. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, oregano, sage, and chicken broth. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours. Serve warm with the garlic. Notes Servings: 4 Difficulty: Easy By Rebecca Bohl (PaleoGrubs.com) http://paleogrubs.com/chocolate-chip-cookie-recipe
Thinking about making these but with coconut flour (which is what I have currently in the cabinet) but need to go out and get dark chocolate chips.....looking like a weekend recipe to me :) (will have to count as a yellow for my 21-day fix but looks so good will prob do it :)) Mmm this looks so good, I will probably use turkey bacon (a tad healthier). Will have to make this this weekend!
http://paleogrubs.com/bacon-soup-recipe Thank you so muchhhh to my Hubby for my re-supply of my FAVVVV tea...chamomile medley!!! I am obsessed!
mmm last night I made crock pot cabbage rolls!! They were so awesome and full of flavor and of course clean eating!!!
I used very lean turkey meat in mine!! Always check the tomato sauce you use as well to ensure it doesn't have a bunch of additives. I really recommend this recipe! http://melissaknorris.com/…/pioneering-today-slow-cooker-c…/ |
