Items:
1-2 sweet potatoes cubed
1/2 onion sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS olive oil
I just cubed them and then sprinkled the garlic powder, olive oil and added some onions to a baking pan. Then baked at 425 degrees for about 40 mins (or until soft-stirred twice in between) then just melted a little cheese one top.
2. Cabbage,
Items:
1/2 head of cabbage chopped
1 TBS apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
I chopped it up and sauteed in a pan with some water and apple cider vinegar on about med heat for about 25 mins or until soft. (Serve with PB sauce on top)
3. peanut sauce
Items:
1/2 tsp whole garlic
1/2 tsp whole ginger
1 TBS soy sauce (I had light sodium kind)
1 TBS PB (all natural)
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp water
Add all items to a food processor and mix, may need to add more water to get desired consistency.
